Many people think that to become fit and build muscle you must spend countless hours sweating in a gym. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The fact is, you can spend as little as 45 minutes in the gym and build a great physique. While you are in the gym lifting weights (intensively), you are actually destroying muscle tissue. Your body then spends the rest of the week rebuilding the muscle but supercompensating in preparation for the next session.
Most of your muscle actually gets built while you sleep!
